Cancellation policy

You have the flexibility to cancel the auto-renewal of your Cleo individual subscription or free trial at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all content until the subscription expires.

To cancel your plan through the Members Area, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account on our site.

  2. Click on your member profile at the top of the page.

  3. Select "My Subscriptions" from the drop-down menu.

  4. Click the "More Actions" arrow next to your plan.

  5. Choose "Cancel Subscription."

  6. Confirm by clicking "Yes, Cancel."

 

Please note: Cancelling your subscription will not automatically result in a refund. 

Refund policy

At Cleo, we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience. As we offer a free trial for all our products and services, we do not provide refunds for any purchases or subscriptions.
