Over two weeks, you’ll engage in six sessions, each lasting around three minutes, featuring serene imagery and relaxing audio to ease your mind and restore balance. After completing the program, you can continue with 1-2 weekly sessions to sustain your sense of tranquility and manage stress effectively. This journey supports a more peaceful and centered mindset, helping you navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience.
