Over two weeks, you’ll experience six sessions, each lasting around three minutes, featuring serene imagery and soothing audio to ease your mind and promote relaxation. After completing the program, you can continue with 1-2 weekly sessions to sustain restful sleep and manage sleep patterns effectively.
